How to Order from jacksangling.com We are delighted that you wish to use our website at jacksangling.co.uk.
However, we have established a number of terms and conditions that, by
using our Site, you agree to be legally bound by. They are therefore
important and so please take a few moments to read them. If you do not
agree with terms & conditions set out below please do not use the Site,
these terms and conditions of use are for your protection and will ensure
all parties are well informed. In connection with our terms and conditions, where we refer to "Content" we mean all the text and images contained in, or available from, our Site. All orders can be placed online through the Website. All orders subject to availability. We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit. In the case of an error on the site we reserve the right refuse an order or to contact the purchaser in order to correct the information supplied. We never change the order value without first contacting the purchaser. You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Solo or Electron cards. We are unable to accept AMEX, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases without exception. If any item you have chosen is unavailable due to stock shortfalls, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 5 working days. Returns - Refurbished Products The terms "mail order returns" or "reconditioned" are all used to described goods which have been returned within a short period of purchase. Products may be returned for a variety of reasons, however to ensure that you receive still receive the highest quality product when purchasing such goods a quality control check is carried out by ourselves or the manufacturer. All products are checked against the parts list, any missing or faulty parts are then replaced, and major scratches/blemished corrected and the products are reboxed (unless otherwise stated). All products are then subject to a manufacturers warranty and, of course, our very own 7 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. All products that are described as above are in A1 condition and in full working order. All products on jacksangling.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. Sales to VAT-registered businesses and organisations within the EU will not be charged VAT provided that VAT registration numbers and business details accompany every order. HM Forces: We will at jacksangling.com endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as
possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless
specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of
any subsequent change to the delivery time. Some items may appear with a "Free Delivery" icon. Please note this
applies to mainland UK Only (Scotland, England, Wales). There can be a
charge to Northern Ireland and the Islands ( Isle of Wight, Isle of Man,
Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Orkney etc.. ) depending on the value of
the product. Delivery is Free Monday - Friday.
