    In connection with our terms and conditions, where we refer to "Content" we mean all the text and images contained in, or available from, our Site.  All orders can be placed online through the Website. All orders subject to availability.

    Availability & Errors:

    We do not guarantee that our Site or Content will always be available, nor do we guarantee that we will provide an error free service. We may suspend our service for operational reasons such as repair, maintenance or improvements, or otherwise in emergencies and we may change or discontinue the availability of any Content, goods or services at any time as we see fit. In the case of an error on the site we reserve the right refuse an order or to contact the purchaser in order to correct the information supplied. We never change the order value without first contacting the purchaser.

    Method of Payment:

    You can pay either by VISA, Master Card, Switch, Solo or Electron cards. We are unable to accept AMEX, cheques, cash, or postal orders via the website. It is imperative that you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the card statement. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted in all cases without exception.

    If any item you have chosen is unavailable due to stock shortfalls, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 5 working days.

    Returns - Refurbished Products

    The terms "mail order returns" or "reconditioned" are all used to described goods which have been returned within a short period of purchase.  Products may be returned for a variety of reasons, however to ensure that you receive still receive the highest quality product when purchasing such goods a quality control check is carried out by ourselves or the manufacturer. All products are checked against the parts list, any missing or faulty parts are then replaced, and major scratches/blemished corrected and the products are reboxed (unless otherwise stated). All products are then subject to a manufacturers warranty and, of course, our very own 7 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. All products that are described as above are in A1 condition and in full working order.

    Pricing Policy: VAT & The EU:

    All products on jacksangling.co.uk are priced in pounds sterling and include EU VAT at the appropriate local rate. Any duties or local taxes are payable by the purchaser at the appropriate local rate. Orders to individuals in non-EU countries are tax deductible. Sales to VAT-registered businesses and organisations within the EU will not be charged VAT provided that VAT registration numbers and business details accompany every order.

    HM Forces:
    Deliveries to BFPO addresses are charged at the standard UK rates and are sent via the Forces internal mail service at Mill Hill. Individual members of HM Forces serving in EU countries (excluding The United Kingdom and Northern Ireland) will be charged VAT on any order unless: goods are for the personal use of the individual or their dependents, or for individual use on official duties and goods are delivered to an EU country and every order is accompanied by a declaration that the individual is a member of HM Forces serving within the EU and that the above conditions apply.     Delivery:

    We will at jacksangling.com endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 30 days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. We undertake to inform you of any subsequent change to the delivery time.

    Addresses within the UK:
    In most cases we utilise a courier for cost effective delivery. All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and delivery address. This charge is added to your order before you enter your payment details in the checkout area. In the event that the wrong postage amount is added to the basket by the purchaser we will amend the payment taken to reflect this whether it is an increase or decrease cost to you the purchaser.

    Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day. You may find it easier to give a work address if it is unlikely that anyone will be in to sign for your order. If there is no one to sign for a parcel the courier has been instructed not to leave the goods, a card will posted for you to either collect the goods from their local depot or arrange a different delivery day. For heavy or bulky items we reserve the right to charge a redelivery fee if the customer is not there to collect the goods as arranged.

    Free Delivery:

    Some items may appear with a "Free Delivery" icon. Please note this applies to mainland UK Only (Scotland, England, Wales). There can be a charge to Northern Ireland and the Islands ( Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, Orkney etc.. ) depending on the value of the product. Delivery is Free Monday - Friday.

    Standard delivery is between 9am and 6pm. Saturday deliveries may be available on certain products. For a delivery quote please email info@jacksangling.co.uk. Please note if access for delivery is restricted please ensure that you inform us prior to delivery. Failure to do so may result in an additional shipping charge.
